We give families the support they need. We keep them informed about everything that happens, both before and during the repatriation. Even after that, we remain at their disposal to answer any questions they may have. We seek to provide a personal service to every family and to assist them as much as possible.
When carrying out a repatriation, speed is of the utmost essence. Moreover, the next of kin can not always be on the scene to handle the practical aspects. Each repatriation requires a number of standard documents to be filled out. These standard documents are available for download here:
The coffins we use for our repatriation assignments meet the most stringent international standards. The hermetically sealed zinc coffin is equipped with a pressure regulator. The standard model used for transfers to foreign countries is a coffin made from tropical hardwood and fitted with a zinc inner case. Other versions are made from mahogany or oak.
